By purchasing, accessing, or using Authkits, you agree to these Terms of Service.

If you do not agree with these terms, you should not use Authkits.

Authkits grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the software in personal and commercial projects.

Your license allows you to build applications with Authkits, modify it for your own projects, and deploy those projects to production.

You may not redistribute, resell, sublicense, or publicly share Authkits source code as a standalone product.

You may not claim Authkits as your own product, upload it to public repositories, or include it in competing template or starter-kit products.

Purchases are processed securely through Stripe.

Because Authkits is a digital product that includes immediate access to source code and downloadable assets, purchases are generally non-refundable once access has been granted.

If you experience a significant technical issue or believe you were charged incorrectly, please contact support. Refund requests may be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.

Authkits, including its code, branding, documentation, design, and related materials, remains the intellectual property of Authkits.

You retain ownership of the applications you build using Authkits.

Authkits is provided as-is without warranties of any kind.

You are responsible for reviewing, testing, securing, and maintaining your own production applications.

Authkits is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the software.

To the maximum extent allowed by law, our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for Authkits.
